Stacy Dunbar President
| Stacy is an innovative, results-oriented change management professional with extensive professional experience focused on change management and the career development of others. She has participated in change activities for startups, mergers and acquisitions, Fortune 500 companies, Government, Healthcare and Higher Education institutions. As a People Manager at Avaap, she is responsible for change management, communications, and training on large-scale systems implementations and transformations across multiple industries. She loves watching others grow and coaching leaders to better position them to reach their full potential. Stacy served as the ACMP DC Director, Communications and PR from 2022-2024 and Vice President in 2025 and is Vice Chair of the Events and Programming Committee for ACMP Global. She lives in Richmond, Virginia where she helped start Richmond Professional Women for Good, a Giving Group that donates time and money to her local community. Stacy holds a Master’s in Education in Organization and Leadership from University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign and has her CCMP, PMP, and various Human Resources and Leader Development certifications. She is a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Prosci trainer and an ICF certified coach.

Jamie Meidhof Vice President ![]() | Jamie is a seasoned organizational change management leader who has led both private and public organizations through challenging business transformations. She offers more than two decades of experience analyzing complex problems and formulating optimal solutions using proven change management methodologies, efficient organizational design and employee engagement expertise for global and domestic clients. Jamie is a Principal at Slalom, contributing her expertise to shaping and growing the Organizational Effectiveness practice and practitioners. Her passion is leading change for large technology transformations that require engaging stakeholders early and keeping them actively involved throughout the entire program. Jamie holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from College of Charleston. Additionally, she has acquired certifications in Change Management and is recognized as a Blue Core Coach by IBM. |
Evan Piekara Secretary
| Evan is a servant leader who has spent his career at the intersection of human capital, technology, strategy, and transformation. He is passionate about helping organizations and teams grow—building the mindsets, capabilities, and leadership needed to navigate change with confidence and deliver meaningful results. With more than 15 years of experience in consulting and corporate transformation, Evan has led enterprise‑level change initiatives across AI adoption, organizational redesign, post‑merger integration, digital transformation and other high-impact efforts. He has built and matured change management functions, developed high‑performing change teams and networks, and guided leaders through some of their most complex strategic inflection points and changes. Evan holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Master’s in Education from Pace University, and a BA in Government and Economics from Connecticut College, where he serves as Trustee Emeritus. He is a certified executive and organizational development coach, a Level 2 Prosci Trainer, a PMP, and has held leadership roles on six nonprofit boards. He will join the George Washington University faculty in the fall of 2026 and is the author of two books on consulting and social impact. |
Judy Seibel
| Judy Seibel is a seasoned change management leader with over two decades of experience guiding enterprise transformation, strategic enablement, and systems‑level change across healthcare, financial services, and consulting. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate complex transformations, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver large‑scale initiatives by turning complex frameworks into practical tools that drive real, measurable outcomes. Passionate about helping people and organizations unlock their potential, Judy believes that with the right environment, people are truly unstoppable. She holds CCMP and MCMP credentials, along with Prosci Certification and Certified Trainer 1 designation, underscoring her dedication to advancing the discipline of change management. Judy also earned a Master’s in Administration and a graduate certificate in Leadership, equipping her with both the technical expertise and the human‑centered perspective that define her approach. |
Cynthia Hartman Director, Communications ![]() | Cynthia Hartman has more than 25 years of strategic communications and change management experience in academic, government and corporate environments. After starting out as a technical writer in the oil and gas industry, she spent her early career in communications-related roles in higher education, focused on engaging internal and external audiences through strategic communications. In 2011, Cynthia landed in a change management role for a large, multi-institution ERP implementation. That experience changed her professional focus, as she discovered an affinity for the people side of change. She now spends her days supporting clients as they navigate large organization or technology transitions, utilizing her ability to collaborate with multiple constituencies, accurately assess cultural and organizational elements of a situation, develop responsive strategies, and build consensus among stakeholders to drive sustainable change. An ACMP DC member since 2016, Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s in English from Duquesne University and a Master’s in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, she earned a Prosci® Change Management certification and is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP™). Cynthia served as the DC chapter Board Secretary from 2017-2019 and as the Director, PR and Communications from 2020-2023. |
Matt Abramson Director, Programming & Events
| Matt Abramson is a seasoned transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through complex change across technology, operations, and workforce transformation. He currently serves as a Disruption Designer at Steampunk, partnering with government clients to design and deliver large-scale, human-centered transformation initiatives. Prior to Steampunk, Matt held leadership roles at Google Cloud and Microsoft, where he worked directly across enterprise technology adoption, customer experience transformation, and organizational change. He also served as an Executive Instructor at Prosci, delivering immersive training programs and coaching leaders and practitioners in applying structured change management methodologies. His work extended beyond traditional change management, contributing to the design, implementation, and scaling of solutions while advising executive stakeholders on aligning emerging technologies, including cloud and AI, with business strategy. A certified Prosci Advanced Instructor and Change Practitioner, Matt is known for translating complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes and lasting impact. As Director of Programming and Events for the ACMP DC Chapter, Matt is focused on delivering high-quality programming that reflects the evolving demands of the profession. He has led the design and delivery of engaging events and learning experiences that foster meaningful dialogue, practical insight, and stronger connections across diverse audiences and professional communities. Outside of work, he enjoys building and creating, particularly within the pinball community, and values time spent with family and friends. |
Matt Glockner Director, Community Of Practice &
| Matt Glockner is a Certified Change Management Professional, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and Program Management Professional with over 25 years of government and consulting experience. He has led large-scale IT and business transformations at the U.S. Department of State, United Nations, and several other federal government and intergovernmental agencies. A life-long learner, Matt holds degrees from American University, Indiana University, University of Michigan, and George Washington University. |
Teresa "Tess" Esola Director, Membership & Volunteers ![]() | Tess Esola is a dedicated professional with over 29 years of professional experience, with over 25 years of experience in organizational change. Her experience ranges across inspections and audits to organization development, leadership, process and performance improvement, organizational change and transformation in both public and private sectors. Tess grounds her consulting expertise in a ‘systems thinking’ mindset with experience across six industries: government, healthcare, technology, transportation, finance, and business. Tess continues to engage readily with the ACMP DC Chapter. She worked with colleagues at a previous consulting company to 'stand-up' their internal Change Management Community of Practice. This community connected with consultants and practitioners within the DC Chapter and prompted investments with business leaders to invest in change management training opportunities for the company’s consultants. In her early career, as an Inspector General for the Department of Defense, Tess gained a solid foundation in organizational assessments. Tess then shifted her professional practice to organizational development to work with leaders and organizations to design solutions proactively. This foundation is complimented by additional focus on how individuals, teams, organizations, systems and communities foster and cultivate change and transformation. Her current immersion is in the field of study in organizational change. This focus is primarily on effectively setting and measuring the people side of change and why that is critical to business success. She also has certifications in Organization Development, Prosci®/ADKAR Change Management Practitioner (PCMP), ACMP Master Class Certificate, and Prosci® Advanced Certification Change Management Practitioner. |
