Has it ever felt like you're in a room of people who "embrace change" but they seem to be on different pages? In this session, you'll learn why your observation is probably correct - and practical strategies to get them aligned and moving forward.
Understand How People Respond to Change — and How to Lead Them Through It

A Change Response Style (CRS) describes how a person processes change and relates to others during times of change and transition within the workplace. There is no “right” or “wrong” CRS; each style has unique attributes that help and hinder change adoption.
In this interactive session, you will:
- Explore the decades of research and neuroscience behind these styles;
- Work with realistic personas to see each style's behavior in the “real world;”
- Practice strategies for addressing resistance, optimizing team dynamics and communication, and building alignment across stakeholders; and
- Leave with tactics you can apply immediately to better lead teams through change, adapt project plans and strategies, and mitigate execution risk.
Change is hard enough – give yourself the best tools to shape and manage it. To learn a bit more on CRS before the session, visit: www.changeresponsestyle.com.
