Vice President1-Year Term as Vice President then 1-Year Term as President The Vice President is the de facto President-elect. In the absence of the President or in the event of their inability or refusal to act, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have and may exercise all the powers of the President. Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the chapter’s corporate records, supporting governance best practices, and managing the chapter’s board election process.

Director, Programming and Events
2-Year Term
The Programming and Events Director leads the chapter’s efforts to plan, coordinate, host, and evaluate chapter programs and events. More specifically, this role focuses on providing chapter members with high quality in person and virtual learning and development experiences.
