Michelle Obata will moderate a discussion on the differences between change and transformation. The book, The PRIMES: How Any Group Can Solve Any Problem,” written by Chris McGoff explains the ‘primes’ as universal and unavoidable patterns of group behavior that emerge whenever people attempt to transform systems or collaborate to solve complex problems.  Michelle will share some of the key takeaways from the book in relation to organizational change management (OCM) and the possible convergence and/or complement with OCM frameworks, like The Standard. Do you agree change and transformation are different? Join the discussion to help us evolve our thinking!

Date: October 20, 2022
