About the Speaker: Ms. Jones is a public servant with over 15 years of federal service. During her tenure at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, she held a variety of positions including Acting Budget Officer, Administrative Officer, Data Quality Section Chief, Sr. Customer Experience Strategist. She is now serving in the Office of the Chief Performance Management Officer as a Senior Program Manager of the HUD Synergy Innovation Lab.
