Third Workshop: Advancing Up the Change Measurement Maturity Curve

Managing Change is hard; measuring change is even harder. Early in my career I found the most frustrating part of the job was articulating the value of change. I was not armed with the tools or the insights. I have been searching ever since to solve the Holy Grail of Change Management challenges.

We are now in a business environment where the increased importance of Analytics is being recognized. We are starting to use Analytics is the world of Change Management thru a number of techniques and valuable tools. A large amount of analytical data is available on a change project…you just have to know where to look for it. This data can be used to accelerate the change process.

During the session we will investigate the change measurement maturity levels. We will discuss the activities that occur at each of the four levels of maturity, sample metrics for each level and tools that can help you complete the actual measurement of change.

About the Speaker

Passionate about change management, Paul O'Keeffe is a recently retired Managing Director with Accenture, where he spent 24 years selling, delivering and measuring large Change Management projects. At one point in his career he led Accenture's Change Measurement practice. Paul's clients included a number of major US Manufacturers, including Harley-Davidson, Caterpillar and Case New Holland. Paul is now happily retired and still wants to share his Change Management experiences.
