The AMCP DC Communities of Practice are excited to introduce a three-part workshop series titled KPI’s and Change…How Best to Leverage

First Workshop:

In this session we will examine how to plan and execute analysis of KPIs to determine the level of sustainment of the change using examples from actual projects in a case-study format:

  • Determining which KPIs to use
  • Determining the collection and analysis method for each KPI
  • Conducting periodic reviews
  • Developing action plans when desired results are not achieved
  • Repeating. Continue to review, adjust, swap, or eliminate KPIs as they stabilize

Registration: Free to ACMP DC members; $10.00 for non members

About the Speaker

Maryanne Colter has over 12 years of experience in Change Management.  She started her career as a technology consultant on large ERP projects, but made a career pivot when she found that the benefits of new technology are only fully realized when equal efforts are put into Change Management.  In addition to technology, Maryanne has also worked on projects for shifting organizational culture and transitioning to permanent Hybrid/Remote environments.  She is currently working as an independent consultant, and also worked in major consulting and direct industry roles.
