Change occurs because of a situational result and because of a proactive need. This session will break down the differences and similarities of Situational Change versus Innovation Change. The speaker will share federal examples of past and current change to highlight lessons learned and convey best practices. The forum will conclude with an open dialog with participants to promote knowledge sharing on the topic of situational and innovation change.
