During this CoP meeting, we'll hear from A’ndrea Jones, Office of Performance Management at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, who will discuss how change management plays a key role in implementing a meaningful customer experience and human-centered design in government. We'll examine change management as the centerpiece of innovation and transforming government, and program adoption. This will include learning how new methods are being instituted to solve problems (Human-Centered Design), to focus on the sentiment of the end users (Customer Experience), and to increase data accuracy and streamline complex repetitive analysis (Robotics Process Automation). Find out how change management is crucial to the implementation and adoption of these solutions.

About the Speaker: A'ndrea Jones

About the Speaker: A’ndrea Jones has 15 years of federal service at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Ms. Jones has been involved in a number of initiatives that improve the way government does business, increase efficiency and focus on cross-agency priority goals. She is an African American Federal Executive Association Fellow, Emotional Intelligence trainer, Program Manager, Executive Coach , Enterprise Change Management Practitioner and Human Centered Design Practitioner.
