Fed CM CoP Presents: Data, Technology and Analytics as a Change Driver
Join ACMP DC's Federal Change Management Community of Practice for an informative discussion on data analytics and change with Donald Pettit, a supervisor for FEMA's Recovery Analytics Division. Mr. Petit will examine using analytics for change management, focusing on how to use data science as a policy tool. Fed CM CoP meets biweekly via teleconference to discuss change management challenges in the Federal space and to share best practices based on experiences leading change for government.
Donald Pettit holds degrees from Lander, SNHU and Antioch University, and is a former Peace Corps Volunteer. His background in change management centers around leveraging data and analytics to fuel performance management, organizational change and re-thinking organizational development.
