Innovating for People:
Handbook of Human-Centered Design Methods
As change management professionals, we know that people will most easily adopt solutions they themselves are engaged to help design and build. And yet, many change management initiatives are still conceived from the top down by leaders who implicitly think of change management as synonymous with communications and training. This beautifully designed, practical handbook published by the Luma Institute will be our catalyst to explore and share how we as change management professionals can encourage and support human-centered design practices to serve human and organizational needs – and change management success.
Innovating for People is available in both e-book and bound versions at Amazon or the bookseller of your choice.
