Online Manage to Lead Program Overview Webinar

On May 22 the Association for Strategic Planning together with the Greater Washington DC Regional Association of Change Management Professionals, Washington DC Chapter, Flevy Executive Learning, and Kitchen and Bath Global Partners will co-sponsor a 90-minute interactive, online workshop for an executive overview of the IntelliVen Manage to Lead Immersion Program: Seven Truths to Help You Change the World. 

Registrants will receive an advance exercise that will be used in the workshop to give a sense for what it is like to participate in the full online immersion program.

During the workshop participants sample some of the leadership tools used extensively in the immersion program including:

• WHAT-WHO-WHY: Your case and target customers.
• Change Framework: What needs to change and why.
• Initiative-to-Action: Where to assign resources.
• Leadership Support: Governance, growth, and focus.
