As a Managing consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering large-scale, complex, public sector change, she leads the Change Management Practice at Fraser Health. She is an educator, internal Prosci trainer and founder of a thriving Community of Practice for transformation specialists making extraordinary change in BC Healthcare. She keeps on the forefront of change as a member of Prosci’s Super User Group.
