COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE

The ACMP DC Communities of Practice (CoP) program enables the chapter to deliver unique benefits to individuals interested in specific CM focus areas. These CoPs provide opportunities for CM practitioners to gain insight from thought leaders, access resources, collaborate with colleagues, and leverage CM to favorably impact the implementation and success of CM initiatives. The monthly CoP meetings are open to non-members for a small fee.

CoP Benefits Include:

  • A supportive forum for CM professional to share resources and tools, leverage experiences, and transfer knowledge. Each CoP charter outlines participation guidelines for interacting and sharing information.
  • Monthly virtual meetings and signature events held during the year with featured speakers and networking activities. Register for CoP meetings and events on the chapter Events page.
  • A Community Portal where ACMP members can access and share resources including presentations, articles and books, and tools and templates, as well as engage with CoP members in online discussions. This portal is for chapter members only and can be accessed using the member’s email address and ACMP DC password. Check out the Community Portal coming in April.
